My sister runs Windows ME on an IBM Thinkpad and I was playing around with the adapter driver and tried to upgrade it (because the screen was very dark and difficult to read) by selecting "automatic search for better driver" and it chose Standard PCI Graphics Adapter (VGA))and now the graphics are barely visible. I don't know where the initial driver she had is located. Does anyone know how I can download a driver that will return this to it'snormal state? Thanks! Any help is appreciated!

lookup the notebook specs on the manufacturer website, and download the driver for the hardware that's listed for that model. Jay [atom]
