Help! Auto Attendant is buggy.... 1

Dail by name is partly not working. If you access the company directory when dialing the main number.

For example, press 9 then try to dial moore, or powell (I did you get 'name not found'.

I've tested most of the numbers and most of the dail by name works, but a few do not. It has not been dependant on if the user is a regular user or a hotdesk person.

Any help would be great!!!!

Dial By Name will only recognise a user if a Name has been recorded by the user

I just checked the names recorded against the ones that are not working and that matches right up!
