Help authoring solutions for vb.net applications

Hi there,

I'm willing to author help pages for different sections of my application; I would like to have something similar to MSDN or Windows Help, does anyone have any recommendations?

HTML help workshop is the easiest solution I think.(it is free from MS)

This program creates CHM files, now assuming that I have created a new section e.g. "Section1" in my chm file, how can I redirect the user to that section when he clicks on a help button in my application?

Do CHM files have something like bookmarks in HTML? If they do, how can we redirect the user to those section from out of the program?
