Help attaching barcode reader (DL65/DL80 CCD)

Our institution has a whole closet full of Datalogic DL65/DL80 CCD Barcode readers (gun style). They were originally purchased to attach to the keyboards of the dumb terminals used by Meditech. We are installing a new system, are using Dell PC's and would like to use the readers. Does anyone know if there is an adapter that will fit these readers for use with a PC. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
