Hello I have an Aloha system and since sunday I have tried to batch the cc but it says that there is nothing to batch. in the FOH cc is working fine I swiped it and i got the receipt and I can close the check but in the BOH there is no credit card records. I called the bank they said that they did not recieve anything since sunday please there is a way to fix this and get all the cc information back. please help ASAP.

You are in spooling mode and or you have a settling file stuck in your edc \ processor folder.
Browse to EDC
select the processor folder that you currently use.
delete the SETTLING file if it exists
stop and start edc processing.
your transactions will re-appear.
the problem is - your batch quit sometime during the settling process. You may need the check with your processor to see if that batch went thru - if you settle them it may double charge your customers.
