Auto attendant going immediately to hold. What did I screw up in programming?

Without any information about the switch software version, if your using the AA in the switch or in the voicemail, I can't help. If in dout, reset switch & voicemail.

Do you have a voice mail system on the CICS, or are you using the resident AA on the phone system alone?

Sounds like maybe ASA got set up as well.
