HELP!! ArcServe 2000 Brick Level backup error! 1

Hi,

I have a big problem with Brick Level Backup!
I get the message: "EC=Backup Agent Error -- (69) "Read/Write error in named pipes.".)

I am running Exchange 5.5, on NT4.
I am running ARCserve 2000, on win2k.

Does anyone have any idea?

Have you applied SP3 and the QO13760 patches to your Arcserve and Agent? Also, you'll need to reboot after you apply.

Didn't have the q013760 installed :)
