Maybe some of you can help me on this one,. On one computer I'm running Apache, virtual hosting 2 domains. Is it possible to redirect, through virualhost or anything else, to another computer?
Example. is on system 1, how can I have ww2.mydomain.com be directed on system 2? Or to have my other domain name be redirected to system 2?

Hi,

If you are using name based virtual hosts then you must be only using one IP address and therefore nat is not possible - you have to do it from apache.

mod_rewrite can rewrite the url but that is either an external redirect or internal only if the server part of the destination url matches the ServerName directive - yet you need another box as destination. So, I don't think that is going to work.

The other possibility is to use reverse proxying via mod_proxy -->
Regards
