I have a user that has a Help and Support Center that has gone haywire. Her view includes the Pick a Help Topic heading, but nothing underneath it. Also the top browser buttons have disappeared and the Did You Know section is also no longer in existance. These appear as blank areas and are not caused by the Change View option. Any idea what would cause this and how to fix it? Even if it is merely the best place to download a reinstall of the help and support center, I'd appreciate that. Thanks!

Not sure if this would work but give it a shot. Put your system disc in, close any windows it loads. Go to command prompt. Type sfc/scannow . When it finishes restart.

Let us know if this helps.
