Help! All pictures are purple

No matter what image I load in Paint Shop Pro, every one is saturated in purple. Even the color palette is just purple and cyan. This only happens in Paint Shop Pro. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing. I've also re-installed and updated my latest video drivers. It was fine before I formatted my system.

Any ideas?

System:
WinXP Pro
ATI 9600XT 256mb
AMD 2500
1 GIG RAM

If you are using PSP X turn off Color Management in the File menu.
