Help Agent Question

I'm not a developer, but I've been thrown a few questions and I'm getting stumped quickly.

One of our databases has some agents. I open the database and attempt to execute one of the agents and I get a pop-up that says "This agent must be run from a view window." What do I have to do to be able to run this agent. (This is Lotus Notes 4.6.)
