When I was working with Exchange 5.5 for account creation, I was able to customize the format of the email address to firstname.lastname@domain.com now I get the aliasname@domain.com. Also I would like to generate the aliasname to be the same as the login name and the format I would like with that is firstinitiallastname. I can't seem to be able to make these changes in AD Computers & Users. Upon searching the web I found that the changes need to be made in ADSI Editor, is there an easier way to do this, instead of struggling through the ADSI? I would have thought that Microsoft would have made things a little easier. Even a 3rd party software similar to a TWEAK to make the changes easier. Your help is very much appreciated.
