HELP - Access report

I have an access report which I am exporting to excel.

I is a very basic report and owrk fines except for 1 problem.

In the description field in wont export the entire contents to the excel file. The description field I have tried as both text and memo.

Any ideas?

erm, just what part is the export cutting off?

check in excel to see exactly how much has been cut, and if it's the same amount each time...

Just the last part of the field. Seems to be anything after 130 characters in that field.

hmm, well, the text type has a max of 255 and memo doesn't have one effectively, so I don't see where the 130 is comming from...

try pulling the query for the report, and see if it's cutting them off there, if not, then it could be a setting on the report itself that's cutting the field short.

you could try to export the query directly without exporting the report...
