HELP ABOUT MD110 LICENCE 4

Hello

I am using a MD110, I wondering how can I improve the name of licenses at the PBX, cause I reached the limit on it.

LICENCE TAG ALLOWED USED
ANALOGUE-EXTENSION 192 187
CCM-ETH-INTERFACE 1 0
DIGITAL-EXTENSION 94 64

It is cause about the MD110 version?

Is anyone know about it?

going on what you have printed you still have 30 digital extensions available, 5 analogue extensions and 1 ccm ethernet interface.

Once you have used them you need to buy more licenses from Ericsson, and for that you need your IPA number

The updating is about management of new software?
it could be new cards?
The licenses only can be buy it?

Unless Ericsson has limits on providing licenses for older systems (what BC version are we talking about)it should be a matter of ordering new licenses for what you require. If you read through the process is Alex for Licenses it is a relativitly simple process to upload the new license file, compare the existing and new license files then activate the new licenses.

if this is a BC10 or BC11 system (both are in passive sustaining) then the customer must upgrade to latest version to get licenses (not 100% sure about bc110 though)

I recently inquired about license availability for a BC11 system and was told by the distributor that basic licenses, such as extensions and trunks are still available. It's licensing for extra facilities such as ACD that are no longer available.

I suppose the Vesion is BC10

So, I got it, to getting more extensions I need to upload more licenses, and the process is only by software.
Is that correct?

Luz, try to contact your service partner. It may be possible that BC10 licenses can no longer be purchased, in that case you'll need to upgrade...

That is correct.......however, I have a feeling that you won't be able to get anything for BC-10. Traditionally, E/// only supports 2 releases back, which covers BC-11.

En cuanto al MD, ahorita es muy difícil conseguir licencias para BC10, se recomienda actualizar a la nueva versión TSW, equivalente de BC13. En este momento hay muy buenas promociones de actualización que incluyen mantenimiento preventivo.
