HELP !!! 450-T ASIC BUFFER RAM TEST Fail

My 450-T fail to come up after power restart.
On console is shows
ASIC BUFFER RAM TEST ...... Fail
all other test are pass
I can do any thing on Console also. It stops at
Self-test detected a failure

Press RETURN to continue

Front panel LEDs are Blinking.
IS the Device is Dead? Need Replacement?

Nortel have had serious issues with lower even hardware versions. The chip manufacturer supplied Nortel with a faulty batch and this is what causes the failure. If you have a return to base contract and the switch is a version 3 or lower send it back.
