HELP!! 2nd browser problem!!

when i CLICK on a link like from a page a 2nd browser pops up and it NEVER loads it like freazes on a blank page :( itz been like this for 2 months i have a dsl connection and it happens on EVERY link PLZ HELP!!

Have you tried running the command from the RUN command line

regsvr32 urlmon.dll joegz
