I have a database and it's going to be shared by three users. How do I go about doing this???

Its not that difficult. Simply put the database on a public - shared drive that is available to all of the users. If you want to create input forms, do that, then create a "Switchboard" form with buttons linked to the Input forms. You can do all of this through wizards in Access.

Hope this helps..

jasek78,

I am up to that stage but what happens if someone is entry information will it show on the other database. Or do I need to insert a refresh button???

If someone is entering information from the input form, it will show up on the database. If you want the information to *show up* on (a different instance, like if 2 people are accessing the db at the same time) the input form, you will need the refresh button.
