Helmsman 4.4.1 login problem

I have to get into Call Pilot and have no idea what the Helmsman user name & password is ? any suggestions as to how to get in ?
 
Helmsman 4.1.1 is a CD or (files on hard drive) that has documentation. It is not something that is placed on the Call Pilot. It also does not require a password.

Please check info again and get back with what is the problem,

there is virtually nothing useful on site, a selection of connectors 25 & 9 way. No-one on site seems to know anything about the system, so I may have to try and find the supervisor terminal and do the programming from that, or do you have any other suggestions. They need to have a proper 'you are now in a queue' message and also all the users are now locked out of the system.
 
If you are getting the logon message it means that you have not configured helmsman to look at the CD. It is trying to do a network search.
 
so what your saying mabery, is that you are trying to get user logged into the ACD as agents?

And you want to have them customers told that they are placed into a queu?
