Simplest way is to drag & drop a globe from clipart>Maps.
Artistic Text> Times new roman bold cap "S"
superimpose over globe.
Distort to fit around the globe,
fill with gradient fill of gold with black 4pt outline.
Time 15 mins.
Then adjust to your desire.
