My shop recently changed the login access to Citrix from server to published apps. For some reason, it affected the remote users that are on cable and DSL connections. They can no longer use the default ICA icon( connection to license/balancing server in the farm) to connect to Citrix. The only workaround that we found is to create a direct connection to a Citrix server.
Is there a patch or reconfiguration that needs to be done in Citrix or on the network side? We have a mix of Win2000 and NT 4.0 servers.
It would really be great to resolve this issue because I because I am going around in circles at this point!
