Hello!

This site is the most valueable I ever encountered on the Internet.

I wonder the following:

Is there a way to install WIN98-SE on a disk with two partitions after I have installed Windows 2000 PRO. The WIN2K-partition is now in NTFS, and the other in FAT32. I tried this with both partitions in FAT32, but WIN98 overrode the bootrecord in some way, so I didn´t ever reach Windows 2000 again. I had to reinstall WIN2K.

You can simply rerun 2K's setup, and select Repair...and just get it to rebuild the MBR, without having to reinstall anything else...
