Hello there

Could help me please with analog telephone becomes busy. I try to reset it with LD 20 and return back busy. And open the LD 80 and when write the command trac Lscu 16 1 3 2 and display ISPC LOCKOUT. And then I tried using ld 32. But it can't reset . So how can I solve the problem?

Thanks in advance

its usually wiring, easy way to prove it is pull the jumper off the TN on the Avaya/Nortel frame, then if it stays idle its phone or a loop on the cable. Connect a phone to the TN on the frame direct with the distribution wiring disconnected does it work. If it still keeps locking out with no wire on it then its probably card (remembering there could be an issue on the cable between frame and IPE shelf)

As Bignose21 has stated, any analogue phone / port that shows "BUSY", means that the line has a short on it. Disconnect the phone first and see if the extension can be rung from another phone. I've also known that the phone cord from the socket is the problem when it's been trapped by office furniture etc.
