Hello,

"41.3 UNEXPECTED PAPER SIZE" This is the message that is displayed in my HP 5000 Laser printer everytime that I try to print.

Any ideas?

Check the tray settings both on the printer under paperhandling and in your driver/aplication.

also might want to check your feed rollers.
if they are dirty/slick you could get paper slippage when feeing causing a false, paper size error
