Hello, please can someone plz help me how to setup my pabx connection.

Hello All,

Please" i would like someone to help me out on my pabx TES824 HYBRID SYSTEM.
I tried to connect a KX-T7665 Panasonic telephone system into the pabx system, but it won't pick up power or dial tune out.
