Hello,

Need help with the following:

There are sites, and people work on them. Each employee has a unique number for the duty performed on that site (showing date etc). How can I report the Last Duty Number for either the site or the employee?

Thanking you all in anticipation.

CEG - coupla things

1: Please provide a proper / relevant title for your threads - that way people can use the archives to search for answers rather then repeating the same questions over and over

2: You need to provide far more information in your question - you havn't even specified which application you are working in

If you don't do these small things, it is likely that someone will "RED FLAG" your post which could well then be deleted so please take note for the future

Right - may I suggest that you ask this in the Crystal Reports forum - you'll almost certainly get a better response......This forum is for main MSOffice products but the bulk of the questions tend to be about excel / word / outlook

This may be a place to start:
forum149

but you can look for the forum of choice under "Browse Forums" link
