My collegue and myself have recently been given the task of debuging ARN, AN, AN HUBBS and GUPPY units.
I understand that i am coming from a different angle to all you field engineers, and network designers, but i will say that we are having great difficulty faulting the arn units, esspecially ones that dont even boot, even after changing all diag chips and memory simms.
If any of u guys out there have any webs sites, technical specs or diag notes i would be most appriciated, I have tried nortels tech documentation, but it seems it is of more use to someone from a service point of view.
