Hello Mr MIKE,
Hello everyone
i request the help of all, because i still haven't succeeded setting MRG for remote on my NS500 since 2 months. i try yesterday with the file MR MIKE send to me but i did't succeed. May be i mistake somewhere.
I'm working with the IT of my custumer. He is the only one wich have ability to make there firewall settings.
i ask him to open in the firewall ports 2727 and 9300. i put the public ip he gave me in the NAT in NS500. i did't touch others setting in the NS. THE ip phones NT500 SERIES are registred and work in local side .At the remote
1- i change the phones network in the remote network and change the NS ip by the public ip of there firewall but no working . it display POOR LAN CONNECTION.
2- i change only the NS ip by the public ip, i have the same message: POOR LAN CONNECTION
I ask the IT to open ports 16000-16511 in the firewall and he tell me it's in the NS500 I must do this. it's truth or not?
May he open these ports too in his firewall: 31021,40000-400095 and 123.

Thanks , best regards

Have you completed all NS500 programming described on pages 22 - 24?

P.S. It is not enough only to open the port, the port must be redirected to IP NS500, as described in the instruction.
