Hello,

Looking for help with CMS 18.0 on were and how to run reports against audit files to find changes made to skill groups and how made these changes.

Any instructions and procedures greatly appreciated.

You can go to Maintenance / ACD Admin Log Report to view changes made by users. Unless something has changed in CMS18, it unfortunately it will not tell you exactly what the change was, just that they changed X (agent skill, group, etc).

You might be able to match it to your history in the CM to see what was changed.

you can do a list history inside the CM itself and see users who made changes to hunts, skills, agents, vec, etc. will not tell you the exact change unlesss you audit inside system manager
