Hello browncow... where are you from ? have you yet done somethin' with generator ?<br>
guillaume, paris, france

We are just getting our server setup with Generator so it will be awhile yet before using it. Am spending some time looking for resources for learning about it. Our webmaster says we will be using it for our integration of Access data onto the web. Since I do the Access stuff, thought I'd better start early. From NY. Haven't seen it yet (others have made that decision). Looking forward (as always) to new learnings!

We just got a dual processor p3 550mhz w/1gig o ram as a dedicated machine to host generator driven banner ads. We did a stress test of 300000 users in 12 hours for simple text replacement - worked like a charm! only problem is Aftersuck JavaScript code sucks for ad banners. And Macromedia is a little stingy on the support. Oh well after a couple of days I got a sweet little script up that handles pretty good. Still a few bugs tho, any sniffer script wizards out there?
