Hello, I'm trying to build a RAN XUT on a new TN and it's perspective RTMB from example below:

Is it load 14?

TN 48 00 08 03 <--- I found this spare card on another switch so I just need basic build help with the RAN and help with the RTMB build and load.
I'm hoping to move this card to the 36 1 shelf. Possibly 36 1 09 shows UNEQ

01 = UNIT 01 = IDLE (TRK)(CO GRD )
02 = UNIT 02 = IDLE (TRK)(RAN AUD)

04 = UNIT 04 = IDLE (TRK)(RAN AUD)
05 = UNIT 05 = IDLE (TRK)(CO LOP )
06 = UNIT 06 = IDLE (TRK)(RAN AUD)
07 = UNIT 07 = IDLE (TRK)(RAN AUD)
I need to know the proper loads and steps any limitations to build the RAN announcer XUT and it's RTMB like the sample above.
I have not worked with RAN stuff very much. Any help is much appreciated!!!
