Hello,

I would like some help figuring out what would be the most efficient way for me to obtain call logs from the agents I work with. Of course I would do it with their permission.

For example, I am located in Denver, CO and have an agent that is located in Dallas, TX. Sometimes customers who are located in Denver, CO call my agent in Dallas, TX and need service. For those clients, it is much more effective and convenient to receive service from me because I am in Denver and know the local environment. The best solution in this situation is if I can automatically receive a report from my agent with a list of the incoming calls on a daily or hourly basis so I can identify the customers who called us from Denver (based on them area code number), and then I can follow up.

Currently I have Vonage office VOIP phone and my agent cell phone is T mobile. To log in and obtain call logs through the carriers is very time consuming because the scenario above is only for 2 phone lines, but If I have to deal with 5 agents it becomes impossible.

Something like a call fwd. option that just delivered the call log without interrupting the call would be ideal. Any ideas and options will be terrific and very much appreciated.

Thank you
