Hello,
I use Excel (XP) to create tables for web pages - i.e. 'save as web page...' and then open them in dream weaver to format them. The problem I'm having is that saving as web page keeps all the column values and row heights etc. which creates a v.largge html page.

Is there a way to strip out all the values when saving?

Many thanks in advance.

From what I know this is not possible, you may get a better response from the Office XP forum forum68

There is a way around this though that you might find helpful. Save your excel sheet as a Tab Delimited (.txt) file.

Now in DreamWeaver click on Insert, then Tabular Data. Browse for the file you just saved from excel. It will now create a table for you, using just the values for each cell.
