Hello

I require my report to sort on the results of a calculated textbox whose value is factor of two fields in a cross-tab query.

SalespersonA.....Total#Act of Total#New.....Total%Act=xx%
Company1........#Act............#New
Company2........#Act............#New
etc.

SalespersonB......Total#Act of Total#New.....Total%Act=xx%
Company1........#Act............#New
Company2........#Act............#New
etc.

Suggestions?

Thanks so much
Amy

This may or may not work for you depending on the layout of your Crosstab. Create a Select Query using your Crosstab and do the Percentage calculation in the Select Query. Then create your report from the Select query and set the sort for your percentage field.
