Hello ...

I have the following Scenario ...

I have CM 5.2 in Main Branch, 5 IP Office in other Branch, each in connected via SCN and to the CM via H.323 Trunk, all phone is IP, the customer complains that there is a disconnected on calls between CM and IPO sites, checking the SSA on each IPO found that there is in Alarms > Call Quality of Service a table described each disconnected event with different values of jitter and loss of packets, the disconnected occurs either between IPO and CM or between IPO in the same sites or between them.

why this occurs and how we can resolve it ?

It is a bug in system status and the errors must be ignored.
The disconnect happens when the keep alive packets from/to CM are lost in transmission.
So check the network for port 1718, 1719 and 1720 UDP traffic, there are the packets lost/dropped somewhere.
