Hello, I have motel with 42 room

Hello,

I have motel with 42 rooms, have mitel sx50 console for phone handling.
The issue that i am facing is

All outside call are directed to my personal extension which is ext-145 when night mode is pressed on the console which is great but when any guest dial 0 from thier rooms it does not get transferred to my personal extension. So i want all outside and in rooms calls to be directed automatically to my personal extension, how do i do it?

I am afraid you have to visit retirement homes in your area.
Assume your system is an SX200 variant and you must bee using a feature like TAFAS or night bell to route the calls.
You might be able to find the docs and find something like that.
Check the software load too as many features were release dependent.
