Hello,
I am using Win NT 4.0 and Winget Proxy.

I want to setup like that every hour my Winget Proxy server auto dial and disconnect withing 15 minites for that what can I do in proxy server and I want to do by Proxy server because If I am logout from NT connection could not disconnect
