Hello,

I am trying to connect to a Serenade 200/300 externally using a windows 10 laptop with a USRobotics external USB modem.

Will teraterm work when trying to dial in remotely?

How would I set it up?

Do you have to use 555# to connect?

Appreciate any help.

Hallo there

You should use a modem that can run Bell-mode.

Then set your modem properties to 1200 bits/seconds / 7 bits / even parity / 1 stopbit.

Connect by: ATDT + voice mail main number + ###5, and you should hear the modem tone.
