Hello,

I am new to MQSeries technologies. I have installed MQSeries 5.2.1 on Windows XP Professional. I haven't applied any CSDs or PTFs. Then I installed WMQI 2.1 with no errors. While starting the control centre, i have provided all the necessary info like HostName, port and QM name. I defined a QM MQSI_CONFIG_QM for configuring ConfigMGR, BROKER. But I got the following error.

<error>

BIP1356S: MQSeries error detected, reason code 2195.

An error has occurred while making an MQSeries call from the Control Center. The MQSeries reason code is 2195.

For more information on this error see the MQSeries Application Programming Reference manual, code 2195.

<error/>

Adding to this, MQSeries Services doesn't let me do any thing and gives a warning message

'Snap-in initialize failed'....

I couldn't figured out the problem. Should I have

Please give me a solution for this.

Thanks

Vinod

Version 5.2.1 won't run on XP. You need version 5.3.
