I have a bit of experience depends on the problem. What is the issue?

i need to sure that my micros 3700 in connected to the MC for sales export

check the interface. from MC - go Production - POS systems - Install POS Interface in the Interface Name press Enter and select the interface. it should be be with Green. Make sure you have the Database Name user and password.
