I bought a Xerox workcentre 275 copier and when you turn it on it say “system is unavailable, to wait for the message power down”. It also it didn’t have hard drive in the main console. I had put in a Seagate 20GB (IDE drive) hard drive but it doesn’t have any of the firmware to run the copier. I’m trying to update/ upload the firmware to hard drive but I don’t know to from scratch. so how would i be able to fix it.
