AC-Win use the Unify licensing service (CLA, customer license agent) to check it is licensed before it will start. This is nothing to do with audio settings.

The "Licensing" service must be running - check in services.msc

Have you changed the AC-Win PC? The license is locked to the MAC of the PC. If there is a new network card, the license becomes invalid because the MAC has changed.

The license is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Licensing\License Agent\license. It's the XML file. The same license will not import twice (I mean if it has already been imported, you cannot import it - the same license file - again, unless you freshly install a new CLA). So if you have a copy of CLA, the licensing program, you can take a copy of the XML (rename .xml to .lic), uninstall CLA, reinstall CLA, and drop the .lic into C:\Program Files (x86)\Licensing\License Agent\import. The file should disappear from \import and reappear in \license in a few seconds. If it does not appear in \license, then you have a problem, and need to look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Licensing\License Agent\log\error.log to find out what it is.
