i come back about MRG setting on my customer NS500. My customer IT are make ports opening on there firewall and redirected them to pbx IP.Only MGCP-TLS port(2728) and FTP/FTPS (40000-40095) he don't do because these ports are includ in FTP/FTPS(40000-40149).But remote phones no working ( all remote phones are in the remote local network only the pbx IP i change to public IPO of the firewall. For RTP port number i could't make any change in NAT tranversal1 to FIXED IP ADDR it's OFF and it's the in NAT TRAVERSAL2.
i don't know were i or we mistake. i need help
