Hello, does a MiVBConsole operates on a active domain controller or it needs to be on a local computer. Right now whenever a user logs in using their account on active domain controller, we need to run the wizard everytime so the MiVBConsole can operate.

not sure i understand - are you saying the user is logging into the domain or on the domain controller ?
if they are logging into a pc , then the connection wizard should be run as a local admin for each user so that it can write to the registry / create local folders correctly
we normally use a master config saved to a common folder that all users can access so that any customisations are shared between the users

Hello,

I'm unclear how you have the Mitel MiVoice Business Console installed? Typically in a corporate environment, the MiVB Business Console is installed on a Window 10 or Windows 11 PC that is active member of the company domain. Both the logged in user and the PC which is hosting the application are part of the domain. With that said, I have never (ever) seen a situation where the MiVB Business Console is installed on a Windows Server machine, little-own a domain controller. If its' installed on an actual domain controller (DC), would have your local Mitel Partner return and have it installed properly.
