Hello , All
Working on a site that they want to add and change Hot Lines from 4 digits to 3 plus Star, But found already
a 199* =199 Star which goes direct to Acd Route 60 and intermittently plays Announcements 1 = 12 .
Can't find 199* in Dial Plan or in access codes also no Code for Play Announcement's or record think they changed them.
Can't find in System at all but rings 3 rings and goes to route 60 plays announcement.

Any Help would be great, Bill

Three digits plus star is four digits. The * (star) is a digit!

List out LMNO to find all ACD pilots. List out ACDPLT in your ACD program. Anything that can be dialed from a keypad is considered a valid digit. That includes * and #.
