Hello All,
We have the problem as below, Please help.
The numbers were created in Cisco with a “12” prefix on them, which is not normal, we usually only have 17, so I’m not sure if this was done in error.
Calling from Cisco phones, we could call 8393 or 4749, or 128393/124749, but the normal prefix of 178393/174749 would not work, and any calls a number on the Avaya CS1000, we would just receive a fast busy.
We were able to *remove* the “12” from 8393, 4749.
Now we can call 8393 and 4749 and 178393/174749 from Cisco, but dialing 8393 and 4749 from Avaya still does not work – HOWEVER, now we call 178393/174749 (and also 8841) and it *works* - so it is much better, but still not correct.
