Hello All,
Please help me to figure out this issue on my new report requirements. In below report, I have GH 1 Company Name and Group Header 2 Aging Date. I want to include total at bottom of report. current% is calculation of (1074318.08-1114098.75)/1114098.75*100, and all other % calculation base on that formula.
NOw, Total is little tricky Current total for 6/1/2012 is sum of each company 6/1/2012 amount and similarly 6/15/2012 and 7/1/2012. And current% an 1-30% are also same calculation as above. Is there any way of getting this done? Please help!!!

thanks,

The easiest way will be to uae a subreport which has same data as main report but without customer group.

That's exactly what I did. But the issue with that was the performance. This main report was already taking 6 minutes to run and if I add subreport then it would be double the time to run report. And adding subreport works however due to performance issue mgmt team decided not to add total at bottom of report.
Good for me.
Anyway thanks Ian for your input and time.

If its taking 6 mins to run you might want to take a look at your SQL and make sure all your select expert filters are being parsed to the database.

If you are using formulae in select expert that can some time mean too much data is being brought back to be filtered locally in report making it slow to execute.
