I have a new customer that has a Merlin Magix System and they want to add voicemail. I'm not familiar with this system and I'm hoping that someone can give me some advice.
The basic overview is you're going to install the module in the carrier, program the Magix for the new hardware, a calling group to reach voicemail, a coverage group for extensions with mailboxes, and if you're going to use an automated attendant there is some programming for the lines as well.
Then you log into the voicemail system as system administrator, change system and security settings to match your installation, create mailboxes for users, and an automated attendant if needed.
