I have a panasonic kx tda 50 and a kx - tva 50. for example there is 4 co lines and on the phones there wouldnt be any button for a representative to pick up when there someone else on the phone. On the phone there a button to switch to another line to pick up the incoming call. So we press that ONE button and press # 2 to pick the incoming second CO line. How do we program the panasonic tda50 to do that...

thank you very much in advance.

what type of telephone sets are you using were are you located?

If the TDA 50 is anything like the TDA100/200, I dont think it is that simple, from memory you have to dial a group pick up access and a 2 digit group number, not quite as simple as dial 2 for a night bell pick up.

Get a professional to do this, you seem to be having a lot of difficulty understanding the processes.

I am wondering were you got your equipment from you must
not have trained on any of this equipment .I can tell buy the questions you've been asking .....

I'm thinking the question needs to be translated to English and reposted. I can't figure out if he only has a 5 button set, or maybe just a single line set with 10 autodial keys.

A Panasonic TDA-50 is a horrible system to learn on, especially if you don't have the programming tool.

Your better bet would be a TAW-848 or an old TD family system. The TAW is like a TDA-50 without the digital features, but the programming is similar and you get the programming console.

it has to be a usa system we are the only ones that call it
a 50
