Held reminder questions

Hey guys,

just wondering if there is any way to have the "held reminder" or the "park reminder" settings beep the phone as the reminder instead of ringing the phone?

the customer is complaining that the ring back sounds like a incoming call. they would love for it to just beep as the reminder.

can this be done???

No this is the way
They need to get used to it or handle the calls better

One day someone is going to ask if the phone can do the dishes
