Held call reminder tone 1

I have an option 11C that does not provide reminder tone when a call is left on hold. I compared this CDB with one where the feature works, and I'm not seeing any differences. The location does not have an attendant console, and the timers are all set to the defaults. Any ideas?

sorry, i know held recall timer is adjustable, but my merl is not on this box, look at the opt's in the console data block..

Thanks, but after a full and frustrating day of comparing settings and combing documentation I found that when the system was installed, the CLS on EVERY device was set to ARHD (even the phantom TNs). I guess I should have started with the phone and worked backward. Live and learn....

do you use scripts in procom? is so here i can write one that will stop and wait for the tn and make a simple change with no further input, can't do it until monday but if you need it, let me know and i'll post it

John, that would be fantastic if you have time. I use ProComm scripts, but unfortunately have had little success writing them. It certainly would be helpful.
